Raised in the quaint town of Portersville, Pennsylvania, I’ve found joy in unearthing hidden treasures since my adolescent years.

Now, with over 15 years of experience under my belt, I’m as passionate as a 12-year-old boy with his first metal detector – every find still thrills me to the core!

Chapter 1

Growing up in Portersville, a small but enchanting town filled with hidden historical gems, I was fascinated by the idea of uncovering what was beneath the surface.

At 12 years old, I received my first metal detector, and since then, I’ve been hooked. My early days were filled with hunting for relics in local parks and along the town’s winding trails.

Chapter 2

My passion only grew stronger with time, leading me to explore beyond the borders of Pennsylvania.

I expanded my horizons to states like California, Texas, Florida, and New York and even ventured up to Alaska.

Each journey brings its unique finds and teaches me new things about history, geology, and the art of patience.

Chapter 3

The thrill of treasure hunting became an international affair when I expanded my adventures beyond the USA.

I’ve had the privilege of exploring the lush landscapes of Canada, the historical sites of the United Kingdom, and the beautiful coastlines of Australia, each adding a distinct flavor to my treasure-hunting journey.

Present

Having plunged into various types of treasure hunting over the years – from metal detecting and Geocaching to magnet fishing, gold panning, and dumpster diving – I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of this exciting world.

Now, I’m using DetectingTreasures.com as a platform to share my stories, tips, and finds with fellow enthusiasts and anyone interested in embarking on their own treasure-hunting journey.
